(Reuters) - Axon Enterprise Inc (NASDAQ: AAXN) on Friday sued the U.S. Federal Trade Commission in a bid to have antitrust proceedings over an acquisition heard in a federal court and not in an internal FTC process, claiming that the FTC's ability to both prosecute and judge cases deprives companies of their constitutional rights.

January 3, 2020 6:30 AM ESTAxon (Nasdaq: AAXN), the global leader in connected public safety technologies, today filed a lawsuit in Phoenix in the United States District Court for the District of Arizona against the US Federal Trade Commission (FTC).
