Assembly Biosciences Announces Pricing of $125 Million Public Offering
December 12, 2019 6:30 AM ESTSOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, Calif., Dec. 12, 2019 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Assembly Biosciences, Inc. (Nasdaq: ASMB) (Assembly), today announced the pricing of an underwritten public offering of 5,151,515 shares of its common stock to the public at $16.50 per share.
