Old Republic Declares Fourth Quarter Regular Cash Dividend of 20 Cents Per Share
November 26, 2019 9:19 AM ESTCHICAGO, Nov. 26, 2019 /PRNewswire/ -- The Board of Directors of Old Republic International Corporation (NYSE: ORI) has declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of 20 cents per common share. This dividend is payable December 16, 2019 to shareholders of record on December 6, 2019. The full year's regular quarterly cash dividend will amount to 80 cents per share.
