Home Depot (HD) Tops Q3 EPS by 1c, Revenues Miss, Comp. Sales Up 3.6%; Updates Fiscal FY19 Guidance
November 19, 2019 6:04 AM ESTHome Depot (NYSE: HD) reported Q3 EPS of $2.53, $0.01 better than the analyst estimate of $2.52. Revenue for the quarter came in at $27.2 billion versus the consensus estimate of $27.53 billion.
Third quarter fiscal 2019 sales of $27.2 billion, an increase of 3.5 percent, or $921 million, compared to the third quarter of fiscal 2018.Comparable sales for the third quarter of fiscal 2019 were positive 3.6 percent, and comparable sales in the U.S. were positive 3.8 percent.Net earnings for the third quarter...
