First Choice Bancorp Announces Increased Quarterly Cash Dividend
November 15, 2019 9:00 AM ESTCerritos, CA, Nov. 15, 2019 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- First Choice Bancorp (NASDAQ: FCBP) (the "Company"), the holding company of First Choice Bank, today announced that its Board of Directors declared a $0.25 per share cash dividend at its regular meeting held on November 14, 2019. This is an increase of 25% compared to the $0.20 cash dividend declared in each of the immediately preceding quarters of 2019. The dividend will be payable on or about December 13, 2019 to holders of the Companys common stock of record as of the close of business on November 29, 2019.
