American Software’s Board Approves the Quarterly Cash Dividend
November 12, 2019 2:24 PM ESTATLANTA--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- American Software, Inc. (NASDAQ: AMSWA) today announced that its Board of Directors declared a quarterly dividend of $.11 per share. The dividend is payable to the Class A and Class B Shareholders of the Company of record at the close of business on February 7, 2020, to be paid on or about February 21, 2020.
