November 8, 2019 7:30 AM ESTPORTSMOUTH, N.H., Nov. 08, 2019 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Bottomline Technologies (Nasdaq: EPAY), a leading provider of financial technology that helps make complex business payments simple, smart and secure, today reported financial results for the first quarter ended September 30, 2019.
Subscriptions revenue was $80.1 million for the first quarter, up 15%, or 16% on a constant currency basis, as compared to the first quarter of last year. Subscriptions revenue was 74% of total revenues, up 6 percentage points from 68% a year prior.
