Senior Housing Properties Trust (SNH) Misses Q3 EPS by 14c
November 7, 2019 7:10 AM ESTSenior Housing Properties Trust (NASDAQ: SNH) reported Q3 EPS of ($0.12), $0.14 worse than the analyst estimate of $0.02. Revenue for the quarter came in at $255.83 million versus the consensus estimate of $255.23 million.
Results for the Quarter Ended September 30, 2019:
Net loss attributable to common shareholders was $29.4 million, or $0.12 per share, for the quarter ended September 30, 2019 compared to net income attributable to common shareholders of $45.8 million, or $0.19 per share, for the quarter ended September 30, 2018.
