Evolus Announces Pricing of Public Offering of Common Stock
November 7, 2019 1:18 AM ESTNEWPORT BEACH, Calif., Nov. 07, 2019 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Evolus, Inc. (Nasdaq: EOLS) (Evolus) announced today the pricing of its public offering of 5,217,000 shares of its common stock at a public offering price of $13.00 per share, before underwriting discounts and commissions. Evolus is expected to receive net proceeds of approximately $63.5 million, after deducting underwriting discounts and commissions and estimated offering expenses. In addition, Evolus has granted the underwriters of the offering an option for a period of 30 days to purchase up to an additional 782,550 shares at the public offering price, less the underwriting discounts...
