Ventas (VTR) Misses Q3 EPS by 9c, Revenues Beat; Lowers FY19 EPS Guidance
October 25, 2019 7:36 AM EDTVentas (NYSE: VTR) reported Q3 EPS of $0.23, $0.09 worse than the analyst estimate of $0.32. Revenue for the quarter came in at $983.16 million versus the consensus estimate of $935.22 million.
Third Quarter 2019 Company Performance
Net income attributable to common stockholders per diluted share for the third quarter 2019 was $0.23 compared to $0.28 in the same period in 2018.
