3G Capital Investors Sell 25M Shares of Kraft Heinz (KHC), Jorge Paulo Lemann Personally Buys $100M

Late Monday, there were a couple of notable insider transaction in Kraft Heinz (NASDAQ: KHC).
First, 3G Capital sold 25,068,657 shares on 09/16 at $28.44. In connection with the transactions, certain partners of 3G Capital have acquired 6,993,006 shares of common stock. One of the 3G partners was Jorge Paulo Lemann, who bought 3,496,503 shares at $28.60.
