Stage Stores Reports 1.8% Second Quarter Comparable Sales Increase
August 22, 2019 6:30 AM EDTHOUSTON--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Stage Stores, Inc. (NYSE: SSI) today reported results for the second quarter ended August 3, 2019. For the second quarter, comparable sales increased 1.8%. Net loss was $23.9 million, and adjusted EBITDA was a loss of $0.1 million.
Second quarter results reflect a significant milestone in the implementation of our 2019 and long-term strategies, commented Michael Glazer, Chief Executive Officer.
