AmeriCold Realty Trust (COLD) Misses Q2 EPS by 6c
August 8, 2019 4:25 PM EDTAmeriCold Realty Trust (NYSE: COLD) reported Q2 EPS of $0.03, $0.06 worse than the analyst estimate of $0.09. Revenue for the quarter came in at $438.5 million versus the consensus estimate of $347.28 million.
Fred Boehler, President and Chief Executive Officer of Americold Realty Trust, stated, Due to the strength of our core operations, the second quarter was quite strong as Global Warehouse same store revenue grew 3.4% and same store segment NOI grew by 6.2%, both on a constant currency basis.
