CRA International (CRAI) Tops Q2 EPS by 3c, Revenues Beat; Reaffirms FY19 Revenue Outlook
August 1, 2019 8:16 AM EDTCRA International (NASDAQ: CRAI) reported Q2 EPS of $0.73, $0.03 better than the analyst estimate of $0.70. Revenue for the quarter came in at $110.6 million versus the consensus estimate of $109.19 million.
Key Second-Quarter Fiscal 2019 Highlights
Revenue grew 4.8% year over year to $110.6 million, which represents the highest second-quarter revenue in CRAs history. On a constant currency basis relative to the second quarter of fiscal 2018 (constant currency basis), revenue would have been higher by $1.2 million, or $111.8 million, resulting in year-over-year revenue growth of 5.9%.
Utilization was 77%, as quarter-end headcount increased 5.7% year over year.
