July 17, 2019 6:31 AM EDTBank of New York (NYSE: BK) reported Q2 EPS of $1.01, $0.06 better than the analyst estimate of $0.95. Revenue for the quarter came in at $3.92 billion versus the consensus estimate of $3.93 billion.
Total revenue decreased 5% primarily reflecting:Fee revenue decreased 3% primarily reflecting cumulative AUM outflows since 2Q18, the unfavorable impact of a stronger U.S. dollar and lower foreign exchange and securities lending revenue, partially offset by higher fees in Issuer Services, growth in clearance volumes and collateral management, as well as higher client assets and volumes in Pershing.Net interest revenue...
