Acuity Brands (AYI) Tops Q3 EPS by 3c, Revenue Misses
July 2, 2019 8:32 AM EDTAcuity Brands (NYSE: AYI) reported Q3 EPS of $2.53, $0.03 better than the analyst estimate of $2.50. Revenue for the quarter came in at $947.6 million versus the consensus estimate of $971.57 million.
Outlook
Mr. Nagel commented, We remain cautiously optimistic about overall market conditions for the remainder of calendar year 2019 and do not believe that the demand outlook has meaningfully changed from our outlook provided last quarter.
