U.S. Ecology (ECOL) and NRC Group (NRCG) Agree to Merge in $966M Deal
June 24, 2019 6:09 AM EDTUS Ecology, Inc. (Nasdaq: ECOL) today announced that it has entered into a definitive merger agreement with NRC Group Holdings Corp. (NYSE: NRCG), a national leader in comprehensive environmental, compliance and waste management services to the marine and rail transportation, general industrial and energy industries, in an all-stock transaction with an enterprise value of $966 million. The transaction is expected to close in the fourth quarter of 2019 and is subject to clearance under the Hart-Scott-Rodino Antitrust Improvements Act of 1976, as amended, respective stockholder approvals and other customary closing conditions....
