Cryoport Announces Pricing of Public Offering of Common Stock

(Nasdaq: CYRX) (Nasdaq: CYRXW) ("Cryoport" or the "Company") today announced the pricing of its underwritten public offering of an aggregate of 3,750,000 newly issued shares of common stock at a price of $17.00 per share. In addition, the Company has granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 562,500 shares of common stock.
