Arbor Realty Trust, Inc. Announces Public Offering of Common Stock
May 15, 2019 4:10 PM EDTUNIONDALE, N.Y., May 15, 2019 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Arbor Realty Trust, Inc. (the Company) (NYSE: ABR) announced today that it plans to make a public offering of 8,000,000 shares of its common stock. In connection with the offering, the Company intends to grant the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 1,200,000 shares of its common stock.
