Aqua Metals (AQMS) Prices 11M Share Offering of Common Stock at $2/Share

(Nasdaq: AQMS) today announced that it has priced its underwritten public offering of 11,000,000 shares of its common stock at a public offering price of $2.00 per share. Aqua Metals expects the gross proceeds from this offering to be $22,000,000, before deducting the underwriting discount and other estimated offering expenses.
