Kulicke & Soffa Reports Second Quarter 2019 Results
May 2, 2019 5:00 PM EDTSINGAPORE--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Kulicke and Soffa Industries, Inc. (NASDAQ: KLIC) (Kulicke & Soffa, K&S or the Company), today announced financial results of its second fiscal quarter ended March30, 2019. The Company reported second quarter net revenue of $115.9 million, net loss of $3.6 million and non-GAAP net income of $0.2 million.
During its second fiscal quarter, K&S repurchased $26.9 million of common stock in open market transactions at an average price of $21.98 per share. The Company also recorded a quarterly dividend equivalent to $0.12 per share during its second fiscal quarter.
