NorthStar Realty Europe Corp. Declares First Quarter 2019 Common Stock Dividend

NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- NorthStar Realty Europe Corp.(NYSE: NRE) ("NorthStar Realty Europe") today announced that its Board of Directors has declared a cash dividend of$0.15per share of common stock, payable with respect to the quarter ended March 31, 2019. The dividend is expected to be paid onMay 17, 2019to stockholders of record as of the close of business onMay 13, 2019. NorthStar Realty Europe'scommon stock will begin trading ex-dividend onMay 10, 2019.
