USD Partners Announces Sixteenth Consecutive Quarterly Distribution Increase to $0.3625 Per Unit and First Quarter 2019 Earnings Release Date
April 26, 2019 4:22 PM EDTHOUSTON--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- USD Partners LP (NYSE: USDP) (the Partnership) announced today that the Board of Directors of its general partner declared a quarterly cash distribution of $0.3625 per unit for the first quarter of 2019 ($1.45 per unit on an annualized basis), representing an increase of $0.0025 per unit or 0.7% over the prior quarter and 2.8% over the first quarter of 2018. The distribution is payable on May 15, 2019, to unitholders of record at the close of business on May 7, 2019.
