CapStar Financial Holdings, Inc. Increases Regular Quarterly Dividend from $0.04 Per Share to $0.05 Per Share
April 25, 2019 4:32 PM EDTNASHVILLE, Tenn., April 25, 2019 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- CapStar Financial Holdings, Inc. (CapStar) (NASDAQ: CSTR) announced today that its board of directors (the Board) increased its regular quarterly dividend from $0.04 per share to $0.05 per share. On April 25, 2019, the Board approved the payment of a quarterly cash dividend of $0.05 per share with the dividend to be paid on May 24, 2019 to shareholders of record as of May 10, 2019. CapStar currently expects that, subject to regulatory requirements and restrictions, comparable quarterly cash dividends will continue to be paid in the future.
