Dime Community Bancshares, Inc. Reports Record Quarterly Business Banking Originations of $200 Million, Representing a 1,325% Year-Over-Year Increase in Business Banking Originations
April 25, 2019 4:48 PM EDTBROOKLYN, N.Y., April 25, 2019 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Dime Community Bancshares, Inc. (NASDAQ: DCOM) (the Company or Dime or its), the parent company of Dime Community Bank (the Bank), today reported net income of $11.5 million for the quarter ended March 31, 2019, or $0.32 per diluted common share, compared with net income of $12.4 million for the quarter ended December 31, 2018, or $0.34 per diluted common share, and net income of $14.7 million for the quarter ended March 31, 2018, or $0.39 per diluted common share.
