Great Western Bancorp, Inc. Declares Increased Quarterly Cash Dividend
April 25, 2019 7:02 AM EDTSIOUX FALLS, S.D.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- The Board of Directors of Great Western Bancorp, Inc. (NYSE: GWB) today announced that it has declared a quarterly cash dividend to its stockholders.
A quarterly cash dividend of $0.30 per common share will be paid on May24, 2019, to all stockholders of record as of the close of business on May10, 2019. This represents an increase of 20% compared to the most recent quarterly dividend of $0.25 per common share. Future dividends will be subject to Board approval.
