April 23, 2019 4:05 PM EDTWESTFIELD, Mass., April 23, 2019 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Western New England Bancorp, Inc. (the Company or WNEB) (NasdaqGS: WNEB), the holding company for Westfield Bank (the Bank), announced today the unaudited results of operations for the three months ended March 31, 2019. The Company reported net income of $3.4 million, or $0.13 per diluted share, for the three months ended March 31, 2019, as compared to net income of $3.5 million, or $0.12 per diluted share, for the three months ended March 31, 2018, and as compared to net income of $3.8 million, or $0.14 per diluted share, for the three months ended December 31, 2018.
