Veritex Holdings, Inc. Declares Cash Dividend on Common Stock
April 22, 2019 6:00 PM EDTDALLAS, April 22, 2019 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Veritex Holdings, Inc. (Nasdaq: VBTX) (Veritex or the Company), the parent holding company for Veritex Community Bank, today announced the declaration of a quarterly cash dividend of $0.125 per share on its outstanding common stock. The dividend will be paid on or after May 23, 2019 to shareholders of record as of the close of business on May 9, 2019.
