Dow Declares Quarterly Dividend of 70 Cents per Share
April 11, 2019 4:15 PM EDTMIDLAND, Mich.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Dow (NYSE: DOW) has declared a dividend of 70 cents per share, payable June 14, 2019, to shareholders of record on May 31, 2019.
Consistent with Dows capital allocation priorities, this payout reaffirms the Companys focus on exercising capital discipline and delivering solid shareholder returns. In addition, it establishes Dow with an industry-leading dividend payout.
