Cousins Properties Announces First Quarter 2019 Common Stock Dividend
March 22, 2019 4:18 PM EDTATLANTA, March 22, 2019 /PRNewswire/ -- Cousins Properties (NYSE: CUZ) announced today that its Board of Directors has declared a cash dividend of $0.0725 per common share for the first quarter of 2019, representing an 11.5% increase over the prior quarter's common dividend. The first quarter dividend will be payable on April 15, 2019, to common shareholders of record on April 3, 2019. The $0.0725 per share quarterly common dividend equates to $0.29 per share on an annualized basis.
