Apartment Investment and Management Company Announces Valuation of Special Dividend is $2.02 Per Share
March 13, 2019 5:32 PM EDTDENVER--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Apartment Investment and Management Company (Aimco) (NYSE: AIV) today announced that the value of its recently announced special dividend is $2.02 per share.
On February 3, 2019, Aimco's board of directors declared a special dividend on Aimcos common stock payable on March 22, 2019 to stockholders of record as of the close of business on February 22, 2019. The aggregate amount payable in the special dividend consists of $67.1 million in cash and 4.5 million shares of common stock.
