American Vanguard Declares Quarterly Dividend
March 11, 2019 9:00 AM EDTNEWPORT BEACH, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- American Vanguard Corp. (NYSE: AVD) announced that its Board of Directors has declared a $0.02 cash dividend payment to be distributed on April 10, 2019 to shareholders of record as of March 27, 2019.
