Albemarle Corporation Raises Dividend for 25th Consecutive Year, Continues Commitment to Returning Shareholder Value
February 26, 2019 4:15 PM ESTCHARLOTTE, N.C., Feb. 26, 2019 /PRNewswire/ -- The board of directors of Albemarle Corporation (NYSE: ALB) announced today that it has declared a dividend of $0.3675 per share, an increase of 10 percent over the previous quarterly dividend and representing a rate of $1.47 on an annualized basis. The dividend is payable April 1, 2019, to shareholders of record at the close of business as of March 15, 2019.
