Cracker Barrel Reports Second Quarter Fiscal 2019 Results, Company Reports Positive Comparable Store Restaurant Sales

LEBANON, Tenn., Feb. 26, 2019 /PRNewswire/ -- Cracker Barrel Old Country Store, Inc. ("Cracker Barrel" or the "Company") (Nasdaq: CBRL) today reported its financial results for the second quarter of fiscal 2019 ended February 1, 2019.

Second Quarter Fiscal 2019 Highlights

Compared to the prior year second quarter, comparable restaurant sales increased 3.8% with comparable restaurant traffic increasing 0.1%. Comparable store retail sales declined 1.4%. Comparable restaurant sales and traffic growth outperformed the casual dining industry.
