Jernigan Capital Announces Dividends for First Quarter 2019
February 22, 2019 4:30 PM ESTMEMPHIS, Tenn.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Jernigan Capital, Inc. (NYSE: JCAP) (the Company) announced today that its Board of Directors declared a cash dividend of $0.35 per share of common stock for the quarter ending March 31, 2019. The dividend is payable on April 15, 2019 to stockholders of record on April 1, 2019. The quarterly distribution represents an annualized dividend rate of $1.40 per share, which is the annual dividend rate that the Company has maintained since is IPO in 2015.
