February 21, 2019 5:07 PM ESTAmerican Homes 4 Rent (NYSE: AMH) reported Q4 EPS of $0.06, $0.01 better than the analyst estimate of $0.05. Revenue for the quarter came in at $270.3 million versus the consensus estimate of $270.04 million.
Total revenues increased 11.3% to $270.3 million for the fourth quarter of 2018 from $242.8 million for the fourth quarter of 2017.Net income attributable to common shareholders totaled $17.6 million, or $0.06 income per diluted share, for the fourth quarter of 2018, compared to a net loss attributable to common shareholders of $22.0 million, or a $0.08 loss per diluted share, for the fourth quarter of 2017.Core...
