ATLANTA--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- American Software, Inc. (NASDAQ: AMSWA) today reported preliminary financial results for the third quarter for fiscal year 2019.
Key Third quarter financial highlights:
Subscription fees were $3.7 million for the quarter ended January 31, 2019, a 43% increase compared to $2.6 million for the same period last year, while software license revenues were $1.7 million, a 71% decrease compared to $6.0 million for the same period last year, reflecting our continued transition to the SaaS...
