Kar Auction (KAR) PT Lowered to $56 at Baird

Baird analyst Craig Kennison lowered the price target on Kar Auction (NYSE: KAR) to $56.00 (from $64.00) while maintaining a Outperform rating following 4Q. KAR reported an upside to adjusted EPS ($0.62 vs. $0.59), but offered mixed guidance including adjusted EPS of $2.90-$3.09 versus $3.20 estimates.
