Expeditors Reports Fourth Quarter 2018 EPS of $1.02
February 19, 2019 8:30 AM ESTSEATTLE--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Expeditors International of Washington, Inc. (NASDAQ: EXPD) today announced fourth quarter 2018 financial results including the following highlights compared to the same quarter of 2017:
Diluted Net Earnings Attributable to Shareholders per share (EPS1) increased 11% to $1.02 Net Earnings Attributable to Shareholders increased 7% to $179 million Operating Income increased 9% to $217 million Revenues increased 18% to $2.24 billion Net Revenues2 increased 8% to $681 million Airfreight tonnage volumes increased 2% and ocean container volumes increased...
