Compass Minerals Declares Dividend
February 14, 2019 4:28 PM ESTOVERLAND PARK, Kan.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- The Board of Directors of Compass Minerals (NYSE: CMP) has approved a quarterly dividend of $0.72 per share. This dividend is payable March 15, 2019, to shareholders of record as of the close of business on March 1, 2019.
The Board of Directors continues to view our dividend as an important component of our value proposition for investors, said Dick Grant, chairman of the Board and interim CEO of Compass Minerals. Given our expectations for 2019, we believe that the dividend at its current level remains manageable.
