American Software’s Board Approves the Quarterly Cash Dividend
February 13, 2019 4:07 PM ESTATLANTA--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- American Software, Inc. (NASDAQ: AMSWA) today announced that its Board of Directors declared a quarterly dividend of $.11 per share. The dividend is payable to the Class A and Class B Shareholders of the Company of record at the close of business on May 10, 2019 to be paid on or about May 24, 2019.
