February 12, 2019 2:00 PM ESTCOLUMBUS, Ind.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- The Board of Directors of Cummins Inc. (NYSE: CMI) today declared a quarterly common stock cash dividend of 1.14 dollars per share, payable on March 7, 2019, to shareholders of record on February 22, 2019.
