On February 8, 2019, the Audit Committee of the Board of Directors (the Audit Committee) of Molson Coors Brewing Company (the Company), after discussion with management of the Company and PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, the Companys independent registered public accounting firm, concluded that the Companys previously issued consolidated financial statements as of and for the years ended December 31, 2017 and December 31, 2016 should be restated and no longer be relied upon.
