Omega Announces Fourth Quarter 2018 Financial Results
February 11, 2019 4:50 PM ESTHUNT VALLEY, Md.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Omega Healthcare Investors, Inc. (NYSE: OHI) (the Company or Omega) today announced its results of operations for the quarter ended December 31, 2018. The Company reported for the quarter ended December 31, 2018 net income of $64.9 million or $0.31 per common share. The Company also reported Funds From Operations (FFO) for the quarter of $124.5 million or $0.59 per common share, Adjusted Funds From Operations (AFFO or Adjusted FFO) of $155.3 million or $0.73 per common share, and Funds Available For Distribution (FAD) of $138.2 million.
