Snap-On (SNA) Reports In-Line Q4 EPS, Revenues Miss
February 7, 2019 6:32 AM ESTSnap-On (NYSE: SNA) reported Q4 EPS of $3.03, in-line with the analyst estimate of $3.03. Revenue for the quarter came in at $952.5 million versus the consensus estimate of $967.28 million.
Net sales of $952.5 million in the quarter were down $22.1 million, or 2.3%, from 2017 levels, reflecting a $5.4 million, or 0.6%, organic sales decline and $17.1 million of unfavorable foreign currency translation, partially offset by $0.4 million of acquisition-related sales.Operating earnings before financial services for the quarter were $182.1 million, or 19.1% of sales.
