Clorox Reports Second-Quarter Fiscal Year 2019 Results, Confirms Outlook
February 4, 2019 6:30 AM ESTOAKLAND, Calif., Feb. 4, 2019 /PRNewswire/ --Â For its second quarter of fiscal year 2019, which ended Dec. 31, 2018, The Clorox Company (NYSE: CLX) reported sales growth of 4 percent and, as expected, a 21 percent decrease in diluted net earnings per share from continuing operations. Diluted EPS is 37 cents lower compared to the year-ago quarter, which reflected a one-time benefit of 40 cents due to U.S. tax reform.
