Northeast Bancorp Reports Second Quarter Results and Declares Dividend
January 28, 2019 4:55 PM ESTLEWISTON, Maine, Jan. 28, 2019 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Northeast Bancorp (Northeast or the Company) (NASDAQ: NBN), a Maine-based full-service financial services company and parent of Northeast Bank (the Bank), today reported net income of $5.1 million, or $0.56 per diluted common share, for the quarter ended December 31, 2018, an increase of $1.8 million, or 55.1%, compared to net income of $3.3 million, or $0.36 per diluted common share, for the quarter ended December 31, 2017. Net income for the six months ended December 31, 2018 was $9.7 million, or $1.05 per diluted common share, compared to $7.9 million, or $0.86 per diluted common share, for the six months ended December 31, 2017.
