Veritex Holdings, Inc. Declares Cash Dividend on Common Stock
January 28, 2019 4:55 PM ESTDALLAS, Jan. 28, 2019 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Veritex Holdings, Inc. (Nasdaq: VBTX) (Veritex or the Company), the parent holding company for Veritex Community Bank, today announced that its Board of Directors declared the initiation of a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.125 per share on its outstanding common stock.
