Westamerica Bancorporation Declares Quarterly Cash Dividend
January 24, 2019 11:52 AM ESTSAN RAFAEL, Calif., Jan. 24, 2019 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- The Board of Directors of Westamerica Bancorporation (NASDAQ:Â WABC) today declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.40 per share on common stock outstanding to shareholders of record at the close of business February 4, 2019. Â The dividend is payable February 15, 2019.
Chairman, President and CEO David Payne stated, This dividend recognizes Westamericas healthy capital level, sound asset quality, and profitability.
On January 17, 2019, Westamerica reported $19.1 million in net income for the fourth quarter 2018, or $0.71 diluted earnings per common share.
