January 23, 2019 7:30 AM ESTDALLAS, Jan. 23, 2019 /PRNewswire/ --Â Kimberly-Clark Corporation (NYSE: KMB) today reported year-end 2018 results, provided its 2019 outlook and introduced its K-C Strategy 2022 strategic plan.
Executive Summary
Fourth quarter 2018 net sales of $4.6 billion decreased 1 percent compared to the year-ago period. Changes in foreign currency exchange rates reduced sales by 4 percent while organic sales increased 3 percent.
